PumpTracks (“we,” “us,” operated by Based LTD) provides a creative token launchpad at pumptracks.fun (the “Service”) where users launch tokens tied to tracks and trade them on-chain on Robinhood Chain. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

• Wallet & on-chain data — the public EVM wallet address you connect and the on-chain transactions (launches, trades, fee claims) you make on Robinhood Chain. We do not control your wallet or hold your keys. Blockchain data is public and permanent by nature.
• Launch & content data — the tracks, artwork, videos, and token details you submit when launching. Media is stored permanently on Arweave and cannot be deleted once uploaded.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information (such as IP address, browser, and interactions) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How We Use Information

• To provide the Service — let you connect a wallet, launch tokens, upload media, and trade on-chain.
• To screen uploads for copyright and to detect abuse and fraud.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers & Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, including:

• ACRCloud — automated audio fingerprinting to screen uploads for copyright.
• Arweave (via Irys) — permanent, decentralized storage of audio, artwork, and video.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Robinhood Chain & PONS — on-chain launches and trades are publicly visible and permanent.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR or CCPA). Note that information already recorded on the public blockchain cannot be changed or removed.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
